30 DAY EASY RETURNS

We gladly accept returns of unused, new items within 30 days of shipment and provide a prepaid shipping label to make the process easy.

RESTOCKING FEE

With the aim of delivering more value to more customers, we do not blend the cost of returns into our prices and instead apply a US$15 surcharge to cover return shipping and restocking.

mengdi products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase when used under normal use and generally intended purposes.

PRODUCT CARE & REPAIR

To clean the bag, simply use a wet cloth to wipe down the surface and let the fabric dry naturally. For more persistent spots, we recommend warm water and soap.
